I believe it is important for public confidence to be restored over the conduct of those who represent us.

The MP’s expenses scandal of the previous Parliament has damaged the public’s faith in one of democracy’s oldest institutions.

As a Parliamentary Candidate I pledged not to take a second home at the public’s expense and in addition I am looking for ways to reduce the burden of my office on the taxpayer; for example, I do not charge for food or travel around the town.
