It’s been my honour to serve my home town of Crawley in the House of Commons since 2010.
Last June 58% of Crawley electors joined a majority of British people in voting to leave the EU. Theresa May now needs our backing to ensure we get the best Brexit deal - with her strong and stable leadership we can see a successful global Britain.
Crawley employment is at a record high and in recent years over 600 new firms have been established locally, we must continue the conditions for economic growth so we can afford investment in public services. Crawley Hospital has seen services returning and our town’s schools are planned to receive millions of pounds in much needed funding. Conservatives have pledged to increase the national schools budget by £4 billion.
£300 million is being spent on engineering upgrades to Southern and Thameslink rail lines. In contrast, Labour’s parliamentary candidate voted at Crawley Council to support strikes.
A vote for me is to continue my championing Crawley’s interests in Westminster which will help re-elect Theresa May as our Prime Minister. A vote for anyone else will see Jeremy Corbyn in 10 Downing Street with a coalition of chaos.
