Tuesday May 10th: Raised, at Health Topical Questions, the unacceptable and serious delays to sick and elderly patients by the new patient transport contractor, Coperforma. Wednesday May 11th: Prime Minister’s Questions: Called for a new British Bill of Rights to be pursued in the next session of this Parliament. Pleased to congratulate Katy Bourne on her re-election as Sussex Police Commissioner last week (topping the Crawley poll) partly for her victim support work.
Thursday May 12th: In Parliament I called for full exit as well as entry recording at the UK border to better judge true immigration numbers.
Friday May 13th: Met with the West Sussex County Council Leader and Cabinet about A23 safety after a recent fatality near K2 and upgrading of Crawley Fire Station which will be completed this summer.
Saturday May 14th: Great to see so much interaction, young and somewhat older, at Crawley STEMfest in the Memorial Gardens – then joined Vote Leave volunteers in Queens Square speaking with locals as to why I believe the UK will be better off outside the EU.
